How do I place an order?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes, we do! If you’re looking to place a bulk or wholesale order (for gifts, events, or resale), contact us at sales@quotecharms.com and we’ll provide a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code" box and click Apply. If valid, your discount will be reflected instantly.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and select international destinations. You can view available countries during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders—check your cart for eligibility.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Click the link or use the number on the shipping carrier’s site to follow your delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

What’s your return policy?

How do I start a return or exchange?

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We’re here to make it right. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, email us at sales@quotecharms.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
